Motorize your roman blinds
About roman blinds
Roman blinds are a bit different then other blinds because they stack up evenly. When they are open they look smooth, not bumpy or ribbed as other vertical blind or venetian blinds.
To adjust a roman blind you use a cord or bead chain, with this manual operating mechanism you are able to adjust the height of the blind. They are constructed with cords running on the outside of the blind running through evenly spaced horizontal stiffener rods or eyelets then attached at the bottom of the roman blind. Then the opened portion of the blinds remains smooth and the bottom will be stacked evenly.
